Beware of Shandong E-World Machinery

We would like to warn other businesses about our experience with Shandong E-World Machinery.

The company presents itself very well during the sales process and is highly capable of convincing customers to place orders. However, once payment is made, the problems begin.

We purchased two specialized glass CNC machines from this company with a total value of over $70,000. At the time of purchase, we were promised a delivery period of 21 days, but the machines only arrived six months after the order date.

When the equipment finally arrived, the support provided was extremely limited. The only guidance supplied consisted of two or three short videos in Chinese, each only a few minutes long. When we attempted to ask questions or request assistance, our concerns were dismissed and we were treated as though we lacked basic understanding.

Unfortunately, the machines themselves have also been problematic. The first CNC Glass WorkCentre has already broken down three times, forcing us to repair it ourselves as best as possible. The second machine has been even more concerning — the company has refused to assist with installation, setup, debugging, or provide proper operating instructions, leaving the machine completely unusable.

Despite numerous requests — and even repeated pleas — for assistance, we have received no meaningful support.

On their website, under the “Support” section, they advertise services such as:

• Equipment commissioning
• Process parameter optimization
• Operation testing and troubleshooting
• Operation training
• Technical support and consultation

Based on our experience, none of these services were provided.

We have reported this matter to Alibaba Group and have attempted to pursue refunds, but unfortunately these efforts have not been successful. The machines effectively carry no warranty, no after-sales service, and no reliable access to spare parts, even after repeated breakdowns.

We strongly advise other companies in the glass industry to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this supplier.
